Title : An Approach of Legacy Application Migration

Abstract :

Application migration project needs a migration strategy and schedule, as migration is a difficult and time-consuming process. With project criticality in mind, governance is an integral part of the overall migration strategy and plan, as it tracks and enforces services enabling adoption for effective project execution. Enterprises should develop a structured governance framework known as the Migration Governance Board (MGB) for monitoring the migration project from the outset, as the application's business criticality necessitates it.
